Most orders for in-stock items received by us before 2pm are shipped the same business day. Please note that a small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. In most cases those will be shipped the following business day.

Standard shipping for orders placed on www.tivoli.co.nz is by Post Haste Couriers. Delivery time estimates apply to in-stock items, exclude the one business day order processing time and are subject to carrier delay outside our control. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Boxes.

All orders over $299 are free delivery.

Out of stock status is indicated on the product page however in the unlikely event that an item is displayed as in stock but is actually out of stock, you will be contacted ASAP regarding any delays. We will send you an order confirmation email after your details have been confirmed and the information accepted.
