On mail orders we invite you to audition our products in your home for thirty days, risk-free. If you are unsatisfied withyour purchase for any reason, please return it with the original packaging for a full refund. (Conditions apply)
Warranty
Tivoli Audio manufactures its products to very high standards and we are confident our products will perform well. Accordingly, we warranty our products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original owner, for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, faulty ancillary equipment, modifications, unauthorized repair, shipping damage or loss, abuse, accidents, use on improper voltage/current, lightning or other acts of God, normal wear and tear, commercial use, or purchase from unauthorized dealers. Proof of purchase as evidence the unit was purchased from an authorized dealer within the warranty period may be required for warranty service. Should service be necessary, please do NOT return the product without first contacting your dealer or Denco Audio. This warranty is non-transferable. Denco Audio will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or damages caused by this product.
Return/Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event you experience a problem with any of our products, please contact us directly for a return authorization number at:
0800 848 645. Please have the item number, description of the problem and serial number handy. All returns must have a return authorization number (RA) marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the item. Likewise, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund you must do so within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please contact us toll free
0800 848 654 with your order number and serial number so that we can provide you with the return authorization number and the return shipping address needed to process the return within a timely manner. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. To avoid any charges, all returns and exchanges must include the original packing material, product box, any and all accessories which may include, power adaptors, power cords, remote control, antenna, connecting cables, insert cards and instruction manuals. Refunds generally will appear within one statements on the same card used to make the original purchase.
